This recall involves helmet model Credhedz Lizard from Sakar International.
Credhedz Lizard multi-purpose helmets are black with a green plastic lizard on the top of the helmet and have black straps and a black buckle. The white warning label on the inside of the helmet contains Item No. ACTGEAR241-LIZ on the top right corner.
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled helmets and contact Sakar for instructions to return the helmet to Sakar for a refund in the form of a $30 gift card. Contact Sakar for prepaid postage packaging to return the helmet to them. Do not return the helmet to the retailer. Sakar is contacting all known purchasers.

National Presto Industries, Inc. Announces Recall of Presto® Indoor Electric Smoker

Hazard: The heating element/wiring on each unit is defective, posing a potential shock hazard to consumers.
Recalled Product: Presto® Indoor Electric Smoker (Model No. 0601304 and Model No. 0601405)
Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the Presto® Indoor Electric Smoker and visit National Presto’s Recall Site for instructions on how to obtain a refund. If you do not have internet access, you may call 833-909-1524 Monday through Friday between 8:30 am and 4:00 pm CT.
Prepac Manufacturing Important Safety Notice – Product Recall

Prepac Manufacturing has made the decision to voluntarily recall Black, Oak and White 4-Drawer Chests sold from April 2005 through September 2018 when the product was discontinued. The recalled chests are unstable and can tip over if not anchored to the wall, posing a serious tip-over and entrapment hazards that can result in death or injuries to children.
While there have been zero safety related incidents reported for these products over 14 years, we are conducting this recall in an abundance of caution and to prevent future potential injuries. The voluntary recall only pertains to model numbers BEP-3031-4, BBD-3031-4, OBD-3031-4, and WHD-3031-4 4-Drawer Chests. This recall notice is being sent to e-commerce retailers who have sold these products during this time frame based on our records.
These 4-Drawer Chests originally shipped with a tipover restraint. If customers have not installed this tipover restraint it should be installed immediately. If a customer no longer has the tipover restraint provided, they should stop using the chest and place it in an area that children cannot access. Prepac will ship a free replacement tipover restraint along with easy to follow installation instructions and customers can request a one-time, free in-home installation. Please note, due to the extraordinary circumstances surrounding COVID-19 restrictions installation services may not be currently available.

Fijifilm Recalls Power Adapter Wall Plugs Sold with Digital Cameras Due to Shock Hazard
