How do I check the status of my order?

You may check your order status online anytime by visiting the Order Status page and entering your order number and billing zip code. If you have a website account with us, you may also view your order status by signing in to your account and navigating to the Order History page. You can also check the tracking link included with the email notification that is sent when all orders are shipped. If you have questions about your order status, please Contact Us. Customer service representatives are available between 6 a.m. and midnight (CST), 7 days a week.
