Credit Approval
Has my order been approved?
You can view your order status online by logging into your account and viewing your order history or by clicking Order status located on our home page and entering your order number and zip code.
If we cannot approve your order we will send you a letter explaining why along with an opportunity for you to get the credit approved by sending a down payment. The letter will include the amount of the down payment that you will be required to send to release your order. The balance would then be placed on your credit account.
