Changes to Order with Down Payment

Because the order is still in the credit approval system, we are not able to make any changes to that order. If you would like, we can cancel this order and place a new one for you. Please note, you may be required to make a down payment on the new order as well. If that is the case, a new letter will be sent to you and will contain the new order number and down payment amount.

Should you decide to cancel the original order, you may still receive a down payment letter from us which you can now dispose of. If you have not taken prior action as noted above and do not send in the down payment letter, the order will not be released.
