Yes, as long as your order has not begun processing, you can cancel your order online from your Order History page or change your order by calling our Customer Service Representatives. To cancel unshipped items on a specific order, click on the related order number from your Order History page and use the Cancel Item link on the Order Details page.
Approved orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible. Once your order begins processing, we are unable to:
• Cancel an order.
• Change, remove or add an item to an order.
• Change the payment method on an order.
• Change the shipping address on an order.
• Apply a promotion code to an order.
