Cancel Backordered Item
How do I cancel my backordered item?
If you have been notified that the item you purchased is not immediately available for shipment, you may cancel the item by:
- Navigating to your Order History page and clicking on the related order number to open the Order Details page. Then, click on the Cancel Item link next to the backordered item you wish to cancel.
- Completing the form attached to your backorder notification postcard
- Emailing our customer service representatives
- Contacting us by phone
